In-Person Care

    • 5 nourishing postpartum meals per week

    • Grocery sourcing & home-cooked meal prep

    • Free delivery within a 30-minute radius (Sierra Vista, Hereford, Huachuca City, Tombstone, and Bisbee) In Tucson? Please inquire.

    • No home visits included

  • $475/week | $900/2 weeks | $1,300/3 weeks

    • Everything in Meal Support

    • 2–3 home visits per week (3 hours each)

    • Newborn care support

    • Light household help

    • Breastfeeding & emotional support

    • Available for 2 weeks ($900) or 3 weeks ($1,300)

  • $800/week | $2,200/3 weeks | $2,850/4 weeks

    • Everything in Meal & Home Support

    • 4–5 home visits per week, plus on-call text support

    • Herbal postpartum baths, belly binding, and a custom belly salve or belly oil

    • Closing of the bones ceremony and/or limpia

    • One 75-minute video call

    • Deep-dive on pregnancy, birth planning, or postpartum questions

    • Personalized herbal recommendation guide

    • Written session recap by email

    • Single session — no commitment

    • 3 video calls (45 min), every 2 weeks
